Development Supervisor ( Code : R&D )
Job Responsibility:
- The key resposibility of Reseasch & Development
Supervisor is to conduct and monitor project management in devoloping new
product based on marketing request or company direction . Also coordinate with
cross functional team to make standar for new product
- Desired Skill & Experience
- Male, age between 25 & 35 years old
- Having minimal diploma or bachelor degree with major
in chemical analyst, chemical enggineering, or equivalent
- Posses min. 2 years experience in research and
develoment area, especially in rigid plastic packaging / food and beverage /
pharmacy industry
- Able to use laboratory instrument for testing purpose
- Having knowledge in plastic material / technology
will be an advantage
- Strong project management and presentation skill
- Excellence analysis, organizing and planning skills
- Can do attitude
- Persistent, self driven , detail and result oriented
- Intrepersonal savvy and cinfident to work
cross-fuctionally
- Willing to be placed in Cileungsi Area, Bogor
